We ask for minimum 40 inches wide access to the work area so we can fit a small machine and wheelbarrows but do work in tighter spaces.
Do we need to let our neighbours know that we are planning to do landscaping or construction work?
No, you are not required to to tell your neighbours about work being done on your property, but doesn’t hurt to let them know. We work during allowed work hours and are very friendly also professional.
What if anything gets damaged by the contractor?
We will replace or repair any damages that are done by our work.
Do we need to provide access to our home to the workers?
No, we have everything we need and do not require access to inside except in rare situations such as electrical access or water access if none available outside.
How early do we start work?
Our field staff usually start on site at 8 am on residential projects.
Is the interlock patio or driveway warrantied?
Yes we warranty all our work for 2 years but the interlock manufacturers usually warranty the stone for much longer.
Will we have weeds growing between the interlocking stones?
Weeds will not grow if the patio is kept clean and joints filled with sand. We recommend polymeric sand Which we can help with on a regular basis. “Ask us about the power wash and reseal package”.

An interlock driveway will last much longer than most other types of driveways. An interlock driveway should be expected to last at least 30 year or more.
